I just wanted to say that I had a big crazy idea for a gender reveal and Trinity and Shay helped us try and realize that idea with the utmost care and helpfulness. They spent a ton of time with us and went out of their way to make it work. They had a great attitude the entire time and I genuinely felt they cared about the outcome. :)
With customer service like that, Party City will continue to be the place I go for all our event needs.
Zeros stars gave me 10 latex balloons that lasted less than 12 hours. Costs me $20 after ballon weight and taxes. Called to get a refund they said I should have added high flow to my ballons when purchasing. Did not offer it at time of purchase or inform me that they would only last 8 hours. Never again. Spoke w manager today. Thanks for your terrible customer service not even trying to make it right.
Clean store, employees seemed to be trained well and willing to help. Not any long lines for checkout with an actual cashier. Able to find those rare things you only need for an event in this store including helium balloons.
Always fun to visit. We always leave with more than planned and never regret it. My favorite time of year to shop is holloween...
I have now had 2 horrible experiences with the curbside pickup. Nobody ever came out when I checked in so I called inside. The employee tried to say somebody would be out without asking my name or what vehicle I was in. Still nobody came out. I ended up going inside both times, which wouldn’t be a big deal if I didn’t have my kids with me, and the employees were very rude. After the first bad experience, I know bad days happen so I wanted to try a second time, but never again.
Nothing special, Typical Party City. Store was quiet and clean.

Best place in town to get all your birthday party anniversary wedding any kind of celebration supplies If you're a guy like me and have some trouble picking out the best colors that match Their staff is more than happy to help They'll inflate the balloons tie the strings all you have to do is pay and walk out and you have a party ready to go only place I go to and plan at my kids birthday parties Even if you just bored and wanna walk around can't beat it I'll always great ideas for future events
